Summary/Abstract: Equal representation of women and men in the legislative bodies is one of the key indicators of the achieved level of gender equality in any society. In most countries in the world, women are still the less represented sex. The situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina in terms of the participation of women in the legislative bodies does not differ much from the rest of the world.
