Summary/Abstract: The globalization, sustainable development and security environment are some terms which are daily used. On this background main theoretical initiatives appeared on correlation between national security and international security, having individual security as core element. History proved the individuals’ security on national plan can’t be fully accomplished. Despite the intervention of democratic and legitimate state to settle the rest, order, and harmony in society its action proves to be limited. Under present conditions of globalization the most important security issue, particularly under the general place conditions is focused on life quality, main element of sustainable development of manifestation.
