THE DEFINITION OF A VEHICLE AND A MOTOR VEHICLE – REFLECTIONS AND COMMENTS

Summary/Abstract: The author draws attention to the ambiguity associated with defining the vehicle and a motor vehicle having regard to the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court. He proposes a general definition of the term of the vehicle, and calls to define a motor vehicle based on its feature – the ability to move with the engine placed on it.
