Summary/Abstract: The EU institutions fulfil their duties within an institutional system between them realizing connections and correlations both vertically and horizontally. According to Article 13 TEU, the Union has an institutional framework to promote its values, advance its objectives, serve its interests, its citizens and its Member States and ensure the consistency, effectiveness and continuity of its policies and actions.The EU institutions are created and organized in a systemic manner. Each of the institutions pursue the interest that defends, working together with other institutions. The enforcement system of the European Union belong to another level and other organs that may be considered subsidiaries, which are meant to give an integration work carried out by institutions in an advisory.
