Summary/Abstract: This paper deals with femininity and uses this concept as a starting point for a dialogue between scientific and artistic approaches to women. The aim is to show several meanings for women's taboos, which have long been inscribed in the history of humanity, but overlooked in the narrative of today's pop culture. Especially the female body, its functions and values appear in the discourse of the following images and texts. Both images and words make up the dozen grafic and lexical miniatures, created in shape of a woman's "stream of consciousness". The presented text can be seen as a case study of the expression of femininity in form of lexical images.
