Summary/Abstract: The methodological principles of forming the teacher personality as a subject of culture, which is determined with the awareness of the values issue are revealed in the article. Valuable attitude to nature is considered a powerful core of teacher’s axiological potential. Teacher’s value-thinking is characterized in the context of philosophical reflection. It is emphasized that the restructuring of higher education should be based on methodological concept of a dialogue between cultures. The aesthetic potential of nature is seen as a representative of its self-worth. The aesthetic expressiveness of nature is analysed as a manifestation of its inner essence with the original external characteristics. The ideas of ecological aesthetics are analysed, the representatives of which look for a new, environmentally reasonable evaluation system of nature. The author of the article suggests considering the nature expressiveness determined not so much with its beauty expressing a state of absolute perfection as a manifestation of biological and aesthetic phenomenon of the fullness of life. Its vital work ,which sublimates clearly in its characteristic features of a healthy and viable activity, is proclaimed the basis of aesthetic evaluation. The article determines the ways of correction of teachers' value attitude to nature.
