ENERGY PLANNING - EXAMPLE OF COUNTY MUNICIPALITY OF ANDRYCHÓW

Summary/Abstract: Public administration is implementing the tasks that are assigned to the country and its authorities to meet the needs of groups and individual members of the community. Public administration is the organizational structure which is created to handle the tasks appointed to a public collective and individual, regulations and providers. Public administration is the one structure that combines different types of institutions involved in public affairs. It concerns the government, state and local government. Public administration works at the central and local level. They are responsible for the implementation of all tasks that relate to various aspects of life. One of the tasks of the public administration is energy planning in the community. Energy planning at various levels of local government and the government provides opportunities for predicting energy demand and it helps to prepare energy plans. During the creating energy plans it is necessary to estimate the potential energy and the possibility of its use. The request for heat, electricity and fuel gas meets the requirements of the Act "Energy Law".
