Summary/Abstract: This article deals with shaping Ukraine's migration policy. It assessed the degree of Ukraine's integration into international migration processes. The article studied factorial dependence of labor emigration from Ukraine. It also analyzed major positive and negative effects of migration for the development of the country's employment potential. The article demonstrated the need to create and implement automation systems for regulating labor migration processes in Ukraine and it presented the conceptual provisions of their creation and implementation.
