Summary/Abstract: This publication shows terrorism as a serious threat to peace, life and health of the population. This publications also shows extensive system of prevention and neutralization of terrorist attacks in Poland. It shows the institutional and administrative mechanisms to prevent terrorism. In the publication is proved that for the proper functioning of the system prevention terrorist attacks and neutralize the effects of these attacks need good, stable, reliable government administration.
