Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this thesis is to present the relationship between the employment and the contract. Scientific publications, which are available on the market, as well as acts, such as Labour Code and Civil Code were used in this thesis. The commission contracts occur more frequently than the contracts of employment, even though the employers are bound to in the margin of safety and hygiene at work. Although the fees are charged by SII (Social Insurance Institution), the freedom in the margin of entering into a contract, work schedule or remuneration are very attractive for the employers.
