Summary/Abstract: Lobbying is a concept not only difficult to define, but also to understand. Many people mistakenly understand its foundation, others try to find positive aspects. History, tradition, various scandals and scams in which the mention of lobbying generate an aura of hostility and opposition. This paper is concerned with precisely this mysterious topic that is lobbying. Its main task is to present and approximation of the term. Also became important to show the differences and similarities between the professional lobbying and influence of some illegal organization.
