Summary/Abstract: The development of market economy in the Republic of Moldova, and more precisely one of the most important segments of it such as land relations, which is not possible without an adequate development of land cadastre. Cadastre does not represent something made of the market economy. By its content, cadastre finds the application in any economy, but market economy puts important problems on cadastre, one of them being the seizure of agricultural land fragmentation. The recent carried out investigations demonstrate that the solution of this problem could be overcome by so called process of agricultural land consolidation. In this paper are suggested some solutions for partial solving of this national important problem.
