Minning axe-hammers discovery in Oltenia country

Summary/Abstract: In area of Balcesti village (Valcea district), was discovery two axe-hammers useful in minning activity. This descovery prove the existence of minning in the Roumanian teritory in the middle neolitic. In this study we introduce in the axe-hammers site and describe this. At the same time, we present the history of the discovery of axe-hammers in Roumania.
