Summary/Abstract: Considering the years the basic problems within the office and archival operations at the registry, there was a need for a study analyzing attention and treatment, in addition to standard obligations, and following: The application passed legislation in this area with the comments, which will be the best way to explain to foreign investors (representatives of the owners) the importance, necessity and justification of the study, and the obligation to carry out certain actions. The role of the competent archives which are only responsible to monitor the work of the registry offices (banks and other companies), especially in a time of transition ownership. According to the Law on archival activity (Fig. Gazette of the Sarajevo Canton, no. 2/2000) all holders of archive material are obliged to hand over to the competent archives material older than 20 years, as well as from the period 1991-1995 and this in sorted and good order. Owners of the material shall pay archival equipment and provide transportation. All data necessary by former employees, on any grounds after taking over of materials may be obtained from the competent archive. Conducting the study in practice need to be monitored by professionals from the Archives.
