Summary/Abstract: The work concerns the history of two lines of the Silesian House of the Dyherrn (Dyhrn). It is preceded by a short story of the whole family. The lines of the family are mentioned in a very few existing source materials. The tombstones in the church in Grodowiec (district of Polkowice), which are preserved till today, are the most important. The author presents the characteristics of the people from these ancestral lines, who passed away in the 16th (relatively between the 16th and 17th) century. The work is completed by the drawings of tombstones.
