Summary/Abstract: In a modern world there seems to dominate a bureaucratic conviction treating law and ideas hidden in it as soulless creations created not even by politicians but clerks-bureaucrats. The article is a polemic with such an approach. The authors try to remind classical sources of law regulations, which are closer to art dominated by ideas of good and beauty rather than effectiveness. Political and law ideas are much easier to be expressed in dreams rather than in a real world, which is a paradox we seem to have forgotten about. In our dreams there is a place for shameless idealism ignoring economy and the consequences of putting it into practice so dreams can express pure idea.
