Summary/Abstract: At the start of Second Balkan War First Army, which was leading by General Vasil Kutinchev was provided for operations in the north from Balkan. There was an order First Army and Vidin Garrison to be drawn off to the Berkovitsa pass because of difficult situation of other front lines.
