Forgotten, pressed memory and hidden facts one day reappear and face us by using other arguments. Each historical event continues to live in our collective subconsciousness till it reappears. Society, memory and history which is involved in recollection and forgetting dialectic depend on each other. The past which is adhered to our memory meets art, a social creation and is reflected in terms of historical novels. The Sarıkamış Operation always used as the image of disaster is one of the reflections although wished to be forgotten.
