Summary/Abstract: We develop in the following pages three key notes that characterize Teresian language and spirituality: self-involvement, relevance, and performativity. The human ‘I’ together with the divine presence is involved in Teresian self- involved spirituality. For Teresa, relevance refers to credibility and the significance of what is lived. ‘Performative spirituality’ is that which has the power to transform our lives.
