Validity of the Decision in Administrative Proceedings

Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the issue of the validity of the decision taken in the course of administrative proceedings. The author analyzed all the attributes of properly issued administrative decisions: sustainability, legality, enforceability, effectiveness, the binding force of an administrative decision. The particular attention was given to finding a definition of the concept of legal validity of the decision based on the concepts of doctrine and jurisprudence.
