CURRENT STATUS OF THE PROBLEM OF FORMATION OF CULTURE OF SAFETY IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF SECONDARY AND HIGHER EDUCATION

Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the main problems of development of the main subject “Basics of life safety” in the General education system that need to be addressed by educational institutions, education authorities on the implementation in the educational process of the Federal state edu-cational standards of primary and secondary education. It is noted that in modern conditions it is necessary to pay serious attention to the creation of a culture of safety the younger genera-tion. The article highlights the main areas of teacher preparation, safety – teachers of the XXI century, able to teach and convince the younger generation in compliance with the rules of modern life, maintaining a healthy and safe lifestyle, paying particular attention to personal and public safety. The conclusions are issues of development and implementation in the educational process unified the main educational program of training of students of pedagogical universities on the profile of “safety” that is acceptable in all regions of Russia, as well as making proposals for project development of professional standards for teachers of safety.
