Legal opinion concerning replies of the National Prosecutor (First Deputy of the Prosecutor General) to interpellations and Deputies questions

Summary/Abstract: The considerationsconcern the issue of legality of replies of National Prosecutor to interpellations andDeputies questions on matters related to activities of the prosecution. A reply madeby the National Prosecutor is possible in case when he was equipped with a specialauthorization of the Minister of Justice. It does satisfy the constitutional requirementfor submitting these replies by members of the government. Replies provided by theNational Prosecutor do not detract from the dignity of parliamentary institutions. Theauthor shows that such replies are in full compliance with the Constitution.
