Summary/Abstract: The article examines some of the major features of execution of substitutable obligations under administrative procedure code. The article explains some of the means, which the enforcement authorities can use in case that the debtor refuse to execute the obligation to act, or the obligation not to act - the imposition of fines and penalties. The report explains the legal features of the mentioned sanctions and shows the similar characters and differences with the fines imposed under the Law on Administrative Violations and Penalties. The article tries to give an answer of some of the main questions, related with execution of substitutable obligations under administrative procedure code.
