Summary/Abstract: The report presents a summary analysis of the current case law of the Supreme Administrative Court /SAC/ and administrative courts in connection with the declaration of nullity of the audit acts. It covers the most common reasons leading to nothingness. Particular attention paid to the interpretative work №4/2014 SAC.
