Summary/Abstract: Fulfillment of the obligation of the lessor to deliver fit for normal use leasing object is related to factual and legal action. The transfer of possession of the object is not always enough, and its use and operation is tied with compulsory legal requirement for registration. In this sense, the research of the scope of lessor’s obligations is of utmost importance for the finance lease agreement.
