Summary/Abstract: The jurors in the criminal proceedings are dependent from the political parties when they are elected in the city councils and if they are party members, they are dependent from their employer and the military jurors are dependent from their superior in the Army, they are dependent from the presiding judge which jeopardizes the right of the defendant and all the other participants in the proceeding of a fair trial.
