Summary/Abstract: In article new approaches to the essence of court of justice in Ukraine is analyzed. This article is dedicated to the topic of the feature of the legal adjusting of court of jurors. Purposefulness of usage of court of jurors as complex institution of judicial system of Ukraine was proven.
