The Oldest Turkish Cypriot Proverbs In The Footsteps Of Divanu Lûgat’t-Türk

Summary/Abstract: Proverbs, Turkish beauty, richness and diversity of expression, the concept to the world, enhance expression of the common property of the Turkish nation. Divanu lûgati’t-Türk has existed for so many kinds of dialects and dialects of Turkish proverb’s survival is proof of that. Used in this context, Turkish Cypriot Proverbs on the Divanu lûgati’t-Türk to be associated with them or their arguments come from the same root is used from time immemorial, and the Turkish world of proverbs proves once again that we came from a common source.
