Theoretical Aspects of Improving the Management of Taekwondo Sportsmen Training

Summary/Abstract: The article addresses the topical scientific problems: 1) the research base in the field of management of taekwondo sportsmen training are analyzed; 2) the features of hard-coordination technical actions performance in taekwondo are revealed; 3) the patterns of connections and relationships between the elements of motor actions in taekwondo unsupported position are defined; 4) the specificity of physical fitness to perform unsupported hard-coordination technical actions in taekwondo is substantiated.
