Summary/Abstract: The subject of consideration are labour (employee) disputes betweeen employers and employees (their representatives), occuring in a company. They are investigated in the frame of the establishing of collective labour relations as one of personal processes, i.e. disputes that are settled within human resource management. The paper is of theoretical and methodological character, because its essential objective is to systematize the most important principles of conducting the process of labour disputes settlement in a company. On the one hand while presenting such principles the appropriate legal regulations have been considered, specifying the general way of conducting within that process. On the other hand there have been exploited the reccomendations determining the way of performing the most important activities within that process, focused on seeking mutually profitable solutions, i.e. negotiations and mediation, suggested in litearture (including author’s own ideas).
