Summary/Abstract: This article focuses on computerized testing as one the most effective methods of assessment in higher education. The study demonstrates problems of generating tests with random questions using computers. Proposed algorithm overcomes these difficulties taking into account predefined complexity of each question used in the test. Multiple tests of the productivity of the algorithm show the results of different scenarios and help assess its quality. The reason these findings are important is that they demonstrate an effective method for computerized creation of tests that could be described as preadaptive.
