Summary/Abstract: This article discuss the aspects of correction the communication and working experience with families living in the southern Israeli cities, which are periodically exposed to rocket attacks. For this purpose, in 2014, it was developed and applied, by Alexandr Ostrobrod and Aglaida Bolboceanu, the three-factor model of communication disorders, based on the quality of transmission of the information, the dialogue emotional climate and constructive communication. The results confirm the effectiveness of this approach to psycho-correctional work with mentioned families.
