Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article was to analyze and research the empirical data of cultural values, carried out among young people of different ethnic origin – Moldovans, Russians, Ukrainians, Bulgarians and Gagauz. A comparative analysis of cultural orientations was performed among specimen of 2006 and 2013 years. As a result, in the period of social transformations, the author defined some specific features of constructs considering the values of the ethnic groups in the range of “collectivism – individualism”. All ethnic groups shown a typical orientation for the collectivist culture value. However, each ethnic group has its own qualities in collectivism continuum.
