Summary/Abstract: The walk is an educational activity conducted by the cooperating teachers. It enables deep insight into the process of teaching and learning. It’s essence is the willingness of teachers to go beyond the traditional concepts of vocational training, which is based on the ability to application of theoretical knowledge in practice. The new idea implies the existence of patients improving to a specific type of reflection. Both if they occupy in the case, and after the end of a work step. This is “reflection in action” and “reflection on action”.
