Summary/Abstract: The studies conducted of the phenomenon of happiness are superficial and contradictory. Detaileds knowledge on of the components of happiness / unhappiness contributes to the development of therapeutic methods for preventing depression, suicide attempts and developing strategies to create a happy society. In this article are analyzed the factors of happiness / unhappiness presented in the the literature. The article contains generalized Recommendations educated us to the state of happiness.
