Summary/Abstract: Children with mental disorders, such as Down Syndrome, require a special treatment for their social life and, through a proper knowledge of their mental characteristics, guided by a continuous education, they could integrate into the community in the childhood, prepared to become an adult and live under the sign of normality. Every child longs to know, to discover and to understand the world through playing; so children affected by the Down syndrome – play, discover, study and understand the life as well.
