CULTURAL ASPECTS OF BULGARIAN LANGUAGE TEACHING

Summary/Abstract: The article outlines the culturological aspects of Bulgarian language education, which is based on the systematic adoption of different aspects of culture in a learning environment: linguistics, communicative speech and other, which form the specific culture based on the personal sociocultural experiences of the learners and their personal motivation. The article also considers the prospects of applying games in education. Games (role-playing, simulation, strategic) enable the absorption of certain actions characteristic of social roles that are often performed in real life. Furthermore we discuss the role of Discourse Analysis as a tool for developing the cultural knowledge of students.
