Summary/Abstract: The Training Evaluation is one of the most important subjects in the training topics’ world and affects the work of all employees and those interested in the training and capture their attention. Total Quality Management principles are very valuable for individuals, groups of persons and for institutions. Many institutions have discovered the relationship between quality and profit, that became important for their development through quality strategies following the adoption of TQM principles. The aims of this paper are: to determine the best framework for introducing the basic elements of TQM in teacher training; to provide deeper knowledge of various principles and basic concepts of total quality management. The TQM concept was introduced in education and it became an important research topic. In many research papers have not focused on the formation of specialized educational professionals with experience in traditional education or special training of teachers without experience who have not benefited hours sufficient practice because many go to minimalize quality of education. For this reason, most universities worldwide have introduced Total Quality Management as a subject in their curriculum for postgraduate students/alumni. The inclusion of TQM principles in any education institution requires specialists in the field, personally open to exploration, revaluation period of practice specialization. This paper presents the Continuous Learning, Teaching Process, Types of teachers, The Qualities of a Good Teacher, Barriers in TQM. In conclusion, we appreciate the role of all systems in the development process of Total Quality Management in teacher training.
