School as a support network and an element of support network

Summary/Abstract: Educational support given to pupils with special educational needs in a mainstream school is realized through cooperation undertaken by the different partners, members of the support network. The aim of the paper is to present possible forms of support (available within the network at the institutional level, of the whole school and classroom) as well as some selected determinants of their effectiveness.
