Summary/Abstract: This topic try to demonstrate how Horváth Barna`s theory of law, meanly the synoptical view, could be used as a method of interpretation for contemporary theories of Human Rights. The main focus is on synoptic relation between positivism and natural theories of Law trough a political context of nowadays Democracy.
