Summary/Abstract: Identification and interpretation of the nature and range of changes around us is equally important as an attempt to define the changes that occur in the man. Moreover, these changes are reciprocal and complementary, they require thoughtful and analytical review, and an attempt of interpretation of human potential, desire and resistance to respond to external changes its internal change. While all changes do not mean improvement, all improvements include changes. The purpose of this paper is based on longitudinal research conducted in 2014, 2015 and 2016, to determine and display the degree of tolerance towards changes in the cultural center of Novi Sad. Based on these results, it is necessary to point out the basic problems related to management changes at the Cultural Center of Novi Sad that managemant needs to resolve, and to explain the reasons why employees resist change, and the ways through which we can understand and reduce the resistance.
