Summary/Abstract: Based on an analysis of the dynamics of labor relations, the article studies the structure of motivational expectations of the economically active population of the Republic of Crimea. The authors have justified the use of Saaty’s Analytic Hierarchy Process when constructing models of motivation under conditions of economic modernization. The results of structuring motivational expectations of the economically active population of the Republic of Crimea make it possible to perform a realistic assessment of motivational preferences in various segments of the labor market in the region. The obtained results provide possibility for the formation of a regional socio- economic policy of employment, taking into account the transformations in the Crimean labor motivation system.
