Summary/Abstract: This paper presents a model for evaluating the effectiveness of the pension insurance companies. The main components of the model: criteria, indicators and evaluation technique have been characterized. It has been proved practical applicability of the model by testing it under real conditions and with real data. As a result, the effectiveness of the pension insurance companies in Bulgaria for 2007-2015 has been evaluated. It has been made appropriate conclusions.
