Summary/Abstract: Regional economy and regional geography reflect, correct and at the same time creating a product associated with forecasting, planning and management of economic processes.Complex nature of economic developments in the bilateral relationship with regional resources, the extent and quality of their use. Any underestimation of regional development leads to rapid exhaustion of opportunities for economic growth. Modern regional economy is more flexible, entirely focused on consumer needs and have open borders. That is why the regional economy acquires new meanings.
