Summary/Abstract: In this article, we have proposed to talk about a topic related to the educational crisis situations that may arise in a class of students, based on the relationships that are created in this educational environment. If we look at a class of students as a social group, made up of individuals with different personalities and unique thoughts, then the conflicting situations and the misunderstandings between the members of this group are an absolutely natural phenomenon. Trying to understand the nature and causes of crisis situations - and not just looking at them as negative aspects of human existence, they can provide a chance of maturing, because such situations can be even beneficial, since their solution requires communication, discussions, arguments and conclusions. Crisis situations can also help to discover their own values and beliefs, can have creative results, being a positive force for personal growth and social change.Finally, we can emphasize the role and responsibility of the teacher to create a favorable educational climate for the pupil's educational development by directing and managing the whole learning process. He is also responsible for managing crisis situations, because preventing and timely resolution of any situation is absolutely necessary for the preventing negative consequences on the psychological profile of the student. There are no miracle recipes to master a crisis, but these can be prevented, which involves a multitude of strategies and intervention techniques. This activity is a true art,which highlights the qualities of an artist that must have every teacher in classroom management.
