Summary/Abstract: Purpose of Article. The purposes of the article are to analyse the dynamics and to determine the artistic, aesthetic values of the international theatrical festival movement for children "Interlyalka" in Ukraine. The popularity of the festival "Interlyalka" and its role in the dissemination of professional achievements of Puppet Art in Ukraine and other countries are highlighted. Methodology. The research methodology includes the art historical, analytic, diachronic, func-tional, cultural and systemic methods. The author has used them to research the International Festival of Theatres for Children "Interlyalka" as an important area of artistic and practical activities in the dissemination of the experience of puppet theatres, their artistic achievements and their role in aesthetic education. Scientific novelty. Scientific novelty of the research is to analyse the dynamics of the festival theatrical movement for children "Interlyalka", its artistic specificity, justifying the criteria of artistic excellence, aesthetic value and viability. Conclusions. Finally, we could make the following conclusions. The International festival of theatres for Children "Interlyalka" is the most popular and resilient in today's theatrical life of puppet theatres; festival movement of the puppet art in the world is the most effective form of aesthetic education. Such festivals as "Interlyalka" encourage arts venue to seek for and implement new ideas that are essential in the education of the younger generation. The festival "Interlyalka" has the same characteristic feature. Every two years it presents new trends. In Ukraine the dynamics of the international theatrical festival life for children "Interlyalka" deter-mines that its main goal is to popularize contemporary puppetry, the rise of its prestige in the society, the exchange of experiences among creative puppeteers groups, the acquaintance of the audience with theatrical premieres and interesting artistic designs, director's innovations theatre for children of different regions of Ukraine and abroad.
