Summary/Abstract: Organizations cannot exist without communication. Every human action is a kind of communication, and thus “not communicating” is also a form of communication. Efficient communication is the foundation for the internal organization development, but also a key factor of existence in an uncertain environment. Therefore, communication is an important aspect of manager behaviour as well as of the functioning of the entire organizational system. Business communication takes place both within and outside of organizations. A communication event within an organization can have two routes:a formal and an informal one. To make the organizational communication more successful, it is necessary for all participants and organization employees to have adequate language skills, to conduct interactive exercises and to possess intercultural awareness.
