Summary/Abstract: Associate prof. dr. Norel Neagu appreciates that the Constitutional Court’s interpretation of the legal text of Article 297 of the Criminal Code is restrictive as it refers only to categories of acts that function as laws which may be adopted under the national legislation in force and not to the acts that function as laws adopted at the European Union level, with direct applicability in Romania (the Regulation adopted by the European Council and by the European Parliament).
