Summary/Abstract: In the modern world, large entrepreneurial structures determine economic and technical power of the country. Accumulating significant money capital, these structures influence internal market of the country and determine the vector of development of the global economy and influence the situation in competitive struggle on the international arena. Thus, it is very important to study peculiarities of sustainable development of large entrepreneurial structures in competitive environment.
