Summary/Abstract: The execution proceedings is the administrative proceedings. It represents one of the forms of law enforcement. That kind of enforcement (enforcement forcing or satisfying measures) is used by the competent judicial or administrative authority, depending on what is the subject of enforcement proceedings. Therefore, it is important to determine the mode in which the execution will be carried out that is, to determine which substantive law standards are subject to administrative execution, and which to judicial enforcement.
